Beautiful colors with the classic negative. It remains to be seen if this film simulation gets “too used” to our eyes at some point. I was surprised how easily it gets blown out highlights, that really adds to the filmic look.
I agree. There’s a risk it might become overused, especially when it’s made available in older models. But for now I just love the tonalities I’m getting out of the jpg files with this simulation, it is indeed the closest thing to film that I’ve experienced in digital (especially when paired with old vintage glass)!
