Comparing B&W film simulations

I’ve been working on a new Black and White film simulation, so I figured I’d ask the crowd’s opinion: which one do you like best?

  1. The Left (yellow) one has less highlights and more Grey information (subtle but present)
the right(white) has little more contrast as highlights are “higher”

both of my liking but the Yellow one is my choice now

  2. I’ll go with my first reaction: The cooler BnW. I prefer my black and whites to be stronger and contrasty and less warm in tone. However, I’m not averse to a warm black and white. But I would say 7 out 10 times I would choose a cooler black and white.

      1. Okay, now I only saw two when I read it with browser. I like the left when it comes to the lightness of the shadows but the right when it comes to the color. But overall the left looks good anyway.
